Kormassah Jallah Webs, originally from Liberia. West Africa, precisely. Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Armah Jallah. She was born and raised in Kakata Migibi County. Kormassah is a wife and a mother of three, two boys and a girl. She tried to balance her family life, career, and ministry by the special grace of God. She is a disciple and a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Kormassah is a registered nurse (RN), a teacher, a counselor, the founder and the CEO of “The Power of a Changed Woman Organization”  in U. S and  Liberia. She is the author of the book yet to be released, “A Smile Within The Pain.”

Kormassah is rediscovering what it means to have a strong sense of identity, be self-aware, accepting your body as one that can adapt and changes over time. Being confident that there is still hope after all your mistakes—helping to build up the people in her life and being grateful for what she has while striving for more. Her message is to confront cultural, religious, gender, and socio-economic boundaries. Kormassah has a unique way of reaching people seeking to make peace with their past, appreciate their presence, and build a better relationship with their God that will lead to a meaningful future. She is so grateful for her husband, Pastor Gabriel B. Webs, whom God used to activate her voice and purpose.

If anyone had told me a couple of years ago that I would be a pastor’s wife, in full-time ministry, and leading a group of women, I would have asked if you were talking to the right person or had a vision for some else. I will say go back and ensure that God shows you the right picture. As a girl, she was raped at a very young age and had two kids at the fourteen. She had to live with how to navigate life-fighting insecurities, loneliness, depression, teenage pregnancy’s stigma, low self-esteem, fear, guilt, and toxic relationships in a community where she felt she belonged; at the same time, she felt so far and trying to understand the rest of her life. When she was in her darkest moment, she realized that she only had two options: to either give up and give in to her situation or keep pushing to discover the treasuries behind her pains. She decided to make peace with herself, the people around her, and the world and take the wisdom and lesson of her past wounds to apply them to the hope for her bright future that God has promised her.

For this young girl to transform from an insecure and fearful mind into a strong wife, mother, mentor, and leader, she had to go through the process of commitment, dedication, discipline, focus, resources, maturity, and spiritual growth. Her passion burned greater than her fear, so she utilizes her experiences, insight, and influence to help every woman she encounters to transform into the best version of themselves. Among all her significant accomplishments, she is primarily proud of the woman she is becoming, her husband, and their three children.

I’m not there yet, but I’m not where I used to be.
