The Power of a Changed Woman Vocational School in Liberia is a free program for women that want a better life and have a voice. The program requires a less privileged woman willing to change her life. The program focuses on making women employable by Providing competence and skill-building to enable them to become self-dependent. Also, it aims to improve their health status as much as possible. It is meant to help women to achieve self-reliance through income-generating activities. Women are the family’s soul; each role she plays is essential in nurturing the present and future generations. In today’s world, women are given a new definition of balancing life between the professional and personal world; we want everyone to have that experience and live their dreams to the best of their ability. They are achieving transformation in sustainable development by empowering women through (TPCW) vocational training school. It will empower rural communities and improve economic productivity. Suppose women are being trained in the fields of culinary (baking), Bespoke (sewing/tailoring), Soap Making, Interior/exterior decoration, and Cosmetology (braiding of hair), etc. In that case, These Training will enable women to apply their learning skills through practical exposure and expertise in the specialized area. It will also provide an opportunity for those incapables of coping with academic education to meet job demands by providing skilled employees. The teaching focuses on providing a better and more systematic way to define practical knowledge properly.

The power of a changed woman knows the importance of developing initiatives to respond to the diversity of women experiencing low self-worth across age groups, ethnicities, and cultures. With financial independence, employment, life skills, and social support strategies, women will be well-equipped to attain a better life. The training is not just changing women’s lives or helping them gain financial independence but also establishing good saving habits and improving their future job prospects. Women are unstoppable, untouchable, and unmovable when they get the right tools and resources through the proper training, which will develop them into the solutions solver to global challenges.

(TPCW), is an initiative to improve the lives of women, their children, and other children. Children in third-world countries are struggling due to poverty and the limitation of their mothers. Today, many children growing up in places with obstacles that have stopped them from getting the education they deserve. When we look at the world today, there are many reasons why education is crucial in third-world countries. For instance, education empowers people; it gives them the tools they need to make changes in their lives and communities. Education helps people break the cycle of poverty; it provides the necessary skills to find jobs and support our lives and families. TPCW wants to also give a child a chance to live their purpose and dreams by helping with tuition and school supplies. We believe that providing supplies and tuition will not only place them in a classroom but will improve the children’s grades, creativity, attitudes, confidence, boldness towards learning, behavior, relationships with family and peers, and self-image will improve, and it will enhance their quality of life.

Encouraging girls to play an active role in a cause they are passionate about can bring about powerful confidence as well as leadership training.
